Hello and Welcome to Groomer Swag Pet Products! Every item from Groomer Swag Pet Products is handcrafted in small batches and made with real ingredients.
We take immense pride in our Groomer Swag Pet Products. I am confident that you will value them as much as I do!
Shipping (US only)
Most orders are ship out within 1-9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, via USPS. (see shipping policy for more details)
Once your package departs from our warehouse, I cannot be held accountable for it. You will receive a tracking email from groomerswag@gmail.com on the day of departure. Any subsequent issues should be addressed with USPS.
Brillance Whipped Face Wash have a processing time of 2-9 days, not including weekends and holidays.
Returns & Exchanges (US only)
Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order. Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping on new order for the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value unless item is damaged in shipping. Pictures of damage will be needed. If you exchange and/or returns are excepted, they must be for same product.

As all Groomer Swag Pet Products are handmade variations in color, consistency, and scent may occur

Items not eligible for Cancelation, Return or Exchange with NO exception are, Brilliance Whipped Face Wash, Brilliance Whipped Exfoliating Body Scrub, G's Paw Pad & Nose Balm, Brilliance Shampoo and Conditioner.
International Shipping Policy
The following terms apply to all international orders placed with Groomer Swag Pet Products.
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on international orders once they have been placed.
Groomer Swag Pet Products is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during international transit. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Groomer Swag Pet Products will not be held liable for any additional tax or duty fees required for delivery. Failure to pay customs or duty fees that results in the package being returned or abandoned will not qualify for a refund.
If your order weighs 4 lbs. or more, you must select UPS as your shipping carrier at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as needed to ensure proper delivery and add any extra Charges. You will receive an email to approve new shipping charges.
