Returns & Exchanges
We except returns. No exchanges, or cancellations (US only)
Please contact us if you encounter an issue with your order. Returns and Damaged item(s) must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping on new order for the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value unless item is damaged in shipping. Pictures of damage ( see our shipping policy) will be needed. If you exchange and/or returns are excepted they must be for same product.
Once the item has been returned to Groomer Swag Pet Products and inspected, we process the return. We will reach out if we have any questions.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item(s) arrive damaged, we’re here to make it right
- Return Window: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any damaged item(s)
- Photo Documentation: To help us process your return quickly, please provide clear, detailed photos of
●The damaged item(s)
●The original packaging (including the shipping box and or package)
Next Steps: Once we receive your photos, we’ll review your claim—please allow up to 7 business days for this process. We may contact you if we need additional information.
Please note: If your request is submitted outside of the 7-day damaged item return window, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
☆ Lost or Stolen Packages (US only)
For orders marked “Delivered,” you must contact USPS or UPS directly to resolve any delivery issues. As the shipper, we’re unable to open investigations or file claims on your behalf once a package is marked as delivered.
Please note: we reserve the right not to honor and or replace lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

International Shipping Policy
The following terms apply to all international orders placed with Groomer Swag Pet Products.
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on international orders once they have been placed.
Groomer Swag Pet Products is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during international transit. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Groomer Swag Pet Products will not be held liable for any additional tax or duty fees required for delivery. Failure to pay customs or duty fees that results in the package being returned or abandoned will not qualify for a refund.
If your order weighs 4 lbs. or more, you must select UPS as your shipping carrier at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as needed to ensure proper delivery and add any extra Charges. You will receive an email to approve new shipping charges.
