If you're local, I invite you to explore my website. Should you find something you fancy, please message me to place an order and arrange pickup. 'Local' refers to within 15 minutes of Kearney, Missouri.

Shipping
Most orders are ship out within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, via USPS.
Orders to Canada are $23.00 for 1 to 32 ounces. Should your package exceed this cost, you will be contacted to decide whether to pay the additional fee or cancel the order.
Groomer Swag Pet Products is not liable for any handling or customs fees upon delivery.
Once your package departs from our warehouse, I cannot be held accountable for it. You will receive a tracking email from groomerswag@gmail.com on the day of departure. Any subsequent issues should be addressed with USPS.
T-shirts, Tote Bags and Sub Tumblers have a processing time of 1-10 days, not including weekends and holidays.
All orders to Canada must include a valid phone number to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out to Groomer Swag Pet Products.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping on new order for the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value unless item is damaged in shipping. Pictures of damage will be needed. Exchanges and Returns must be for same product.

Since all Groomer Swag Pet Products are handmade, variations in color, consistency, and scent may occur.
If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me to discuss potential return options.
